We aim to provide reliable delivery throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.

  1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier network and location.

  1. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 8-11 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 8–11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Certain areas, peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, courier operational issues or other unforeseen circumstances may result in longer delivery times.

  1. SHIPPING PROVIDER

AVELIQ uses Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries.

Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched.

  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, AVELIQ shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Strikes or industrial action
• Civil unrest
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control

AVELIQ will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

AVELIQ shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, additional courier charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

  1. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Ownership of the products remains with AVELIQ until full payment has been received.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 11 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with Aramex to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
