AVELIQ BEAUTY DEVICES & ACCESSORIES
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY POLICY

Aveliq is committed to supplying quality beauty devices, beauty accessories, personal care products and related items in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and other applicable South African legislation.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under South African law.
This policy applies to all products sold by Aveliq, including but not limited to beauty devices, beauty accessories, facial tools, personal care products, electronic beauty devices and any future products added to our product range.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, unsafe, fails to function as intended, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, customers may return the product within six (6) months of delivery as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act.
Customers may elect one of the following remedies:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund
Proof of purchase is required.
- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from the item ordered, customers must notify Aveliq within seven (7) days of delivery.
Aveliq will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- CHANGE OF MIND
Aveliq does not accept returns for products purchased in error or where the customer changes their mind after delivery unless required by law.
At Aveliq's sole discretion, unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be accepted for exchange or store credit.
Return courier costs for approved change-of-mind returns remain the responsibility of the customer.
- HYGIENE AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, beauty devices, beauty accessories, personal care products, facial tools and other hygiene-related products cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, activated, charged, tested or removed from their sealed packaging unless they are defective or otherwise returnable under applicable law.
- ELECTRONIC BEAUTY DEVICES
Electronic beauty devices must be used strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines.
The warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Water damage
• Improper charging
• Power surges
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions
- PRODUCT RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results from beauty devices, facial tools and personal care products may vary from person to person.
Aveliq does not guarantee specific cosmetic, skincare, anti-ageing, acne reduction, wellness or beauty results.
Product descriptions, images, demonstrations, testimonials and marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance or outcomes.
- MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Aveliq products are intended for cosmetic and personal care purposes only and are not medical devices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Customers with medical conditions, skin disorders, photosensitivity, implanted medical devices, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Aveliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use, misuse or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
Aveliq's total liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.
- REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing may take between 8 and 10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
- RETURNS PROCEDURE
To request a return, customers must contact Aveliq and provide:
• Full Name
• Order Number
• Product Name
• Reason for Return
• Supporting photographs where applicable
No products may be returned without prior authorization from Aveliq.
